    Security should be a state of mind..
Try to think of security implications whatever you are doing, from using your PC and Credit Card to answering security questions on the phone.
  
    Antivirus and Anti Spam software..
Ensure you keep your security software up to date, it should check for new threats at least once a day and you should scan your complete system regularly.		  
    Strong passwords are essential..
When you choose a password make sure it is unique and contains numbers, upper and lower case letters and other characters if possible
