Word hyperlinks
Hyperlinks, the blue text links in Microsoft Word that you can click and that take you to a web page, can be removed by right clicking the link and selecting remove hyperlink.
But what if you have a page or pages full of hyperlinks and want to remove them all ?
There is no straight forward way to remove all these links in Microsoft Word, or is there ?
You could write a macro (An automated task that you record and can replay), however there is an easier way if your document is not too complicated and works well in most cases.
Try the following:
Select all the text in your document (press CTRL + ALT + A)
Now press CTRL + SHIFT + F9
This will convert your document to text and all hyperlinks will be removed.
Whilst this will not be ideal in all situations we have found this to work the majority of the time.
