- Is my data stored only in the UK and covered by UK law?
- Melbek only use UK datacentres
- Will they come to my office and demonstrate the software?

- Do they resell another service providers service?
- No – Melbek provide their own services so we remain in control
- Do they use enterprise class hardware to store your data?
- Melbek use Dell and HP enterprise equipment and have fully redundant data connections
- Can they provide a dedicated phone line, broadband and backup service on one bill?
- Melbek can provide these services directly (Melbek Telecom, a sister company, provide the phone line via BT Openreach) and you will receive one invoice
Backing up your data and trusting it to a third party is an important decision and we recommend you ask all the above questions before making a decision. Cost is important with all businesses, but there is little point in saving a little and not being able to restore your data when you need it.
